About Greater Than

In January 2024, at the age of 29, I suffered a stroke.

One moment I was at the gym strong, capable, pushing through life the best I could. The next, I was using a cane to walk and couldn’t lift my right arm. My speech, balance, and movement were all stripped away overnight.

I didn’t have it all together. I wasn’t living some perfectly clean or holy life. But even in the mess, God met me. And that changed everything.

What followed was the hardest, most honest recovery I’ve ever gone through physically, mentally, and spiritually. Every single day, I had to relearn how to move, how to trust, and how to believe again. And through that, Greater Than was born.

What the Name Means

The name Greater Than came from a realization: we are not defined by what happens to us. We are not our diagnosis, our struggle, or our past. We’re called to be greater than all of it, through faith, discipline, and truth.

This didn’t start as a brand idea. It came out of rock bottom, praying for movement, for hope, for healing. What I share here, from nutrition advice to physical therapy guidance and real encouragement, is based on what I actually used and did to get back up.

What This Brand Represents

GREATER isn’t just a name, it’s a standard:

• R – Recovery: Not just healing the body, but the mind and spirit too.
• E – Education: Learning what works and sharing that knowledge openly.

• R – Redemption: Believing God can take the worst thing and give it purpose.

Greater Than exists to serve people who are rebuilding physically, mentally, spiritually. Whether you're recovering from an injury, burnout, trauma, or just trying to feel whole again, this brand is for you.

Everything here is built on lived experience not theory. If it didn’t help me in the fight, it doesn’t belong here. My goal is simple: to offer tools, structure, and encouragement for people who refuse to give up.
